About Our Client

ClaimVantage is an international provider of automated claims-management technology. Their cloud-based solution automates the processing of absence, disability, accident, and life claims for insurance companies, third party insurance administrators (TPA’s), and self-insured employers.

The Challenge

Demonstrate ClaimVantage as an established global software-as-a-service (SaaS) financial services enterprise. As their product became exclusively focused on cloud-based technology, and their partners and prospects grew internationally, their brand needed to reflect their status as secure market leaders. Our goal was to build a brand identity and a high-level website that reflected not only their product benefits, but positioned them as a proven player.

Developed ClaimVantage’s logo. As ClaimVantage’s product line grew, evaluated competitive landscape, gave guidance on naming and designed a suite of logos for their interrelated products and features.

Corporate Website Redesign

Improved the overall visual impression to present a more professional brand image. Created a unified message with words and graphics that summarized ClaimVantage’s key benefits. Reorganized and rewrote all online information including product descriptions, features, and company information. Used case studies and testimonials to position the company as well-regarded in the field. Made the site appealing to international clients from South Africa, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland in addition to the US market. Optimized the site for mobile and iPads. Created the site in WordPress and integrated with HubSpot and SalesForce.


Online Content Marketing

Write industry blogs, design infographics, and use content-rich email campaigns to generate new leads and increase website visitation. Developed case studies in video, print and web by interviewing ten key customers.


Video Production

Created video tutorials, video demos and video testimonials. Directed, edited and published videos to demonstrate the claims technology. Interviewed customers, edited and published finalized videos for case studies and testimonials.

Marketing Support and Public Relations

Supported marketing and administration team initiatives including development of tradeshow booths and print materials, investor presentations and other marketing or client onboarding materials. Increased press release distribution, event announcements, and new product news circulation.


The Results

ClaimVantage is now positioned as a global player in automated claims processing.

Web traffic is up as much as 36% from before the web site redesign. Also, previous web stat analysis suggested that prospects were clicking around to many pages trying to find relevant information. With the new web design, we restructured the navigation and viewers easily find and visit the most important pages.

Most recently, ClaimVantage has released its first commercial off-the-shelf product. This software provide businesses with “best practice” management of employee absences, with a particular focus on managing FMLA. Visible Logic has assisted with the brand identity and web site for this new product to create a family of brands that are distinct, yet connected.
