Our client, Jason Kern, takes a unique approach to his real estate business and asked Visible Logic to bring it to life by designing his logo, messaging, and developing his new website.

We began our work together by reviewing the logos and visual brands of other realtors and brokers in southern Maine. We saw lots of dark blues!
Because most real estate agents use highly visible “for sale” signs on their listed properties, the logo of a real estate firm needs to be distinct and memorable.
We helped Kern Real Estate stand out by using a unique color, orange, and a clean visual design of the monogram “K.” This logo grabs attention when you see it on a sign!
Make a solid Real Estate brand by being different
A real estate website with NO house listings? You bet.
Nearly every real estate website features the same content: house listings in your community. They’re usually displayed and searchable using the MLS service. Since MLS listings are now available on so many realtor sites and through sites like Zillow, they bring little value to a website viewer.
Noticeably absent on Jason’s site are real estate listings.
Instead, he wanted to build trust by educating prospects based on his deep and successful history in real estate. We created a web experience that highlighted Jason’s strategic, process-driven approach.
The new website, custom-designed and developed in WordPress:
- features educational blogs and articles that answer the common questions that first-time home buyers and sellers have about real estate.
- Builds a unique real estate journey (either buying or selling) and directs people to an informative consultation or download a free e-book.
- It is optimized for mobile users since we expected many people to be contacting him on the go.

Also, we helped him pull together two e-books that are part of his marketing funnel. Website viewers enter their email in exchange for the First Time Home Buyers or Sellers guides.
